Nothing can Stop Jesus in Bringing Many People to Glory According to the Will of Our Heavenly Father

Tip! Jesus promised to pass on the power from heaven to accomplish greater works for Him in this world. That promise is His Holy Spirit. Jesus intended for His chosen apostles to go and bring in a lot of fruit, the same goes for us.

"...Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he [says] shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he [says]."-- Mark 11:23

If a person can plan to build a house long before the foundation is started, and if we can make plans for a happy family before any children are born to delight our hearts. And it is also correct to say that a family can come into the same belief and support to reach their purpose in this life. Then unquestionably would it not be feasible for the redeemed family of Christ to be able to enter into His faith? To participate in His eternal purpose to achieve the final victory over sin and death? Of course, and the Scriptures tell us that Christ works in harmony with His own faith. His people will enter into His faith and work with Him to complete His purpose in the redemption plan.

The fact that Jesus' works are according to His own faith is as clear as the fact that we work according to our own faith. The Son of God has never been limited by circumstances, nor has He ever been lacking in sufficient resources to supply all the needs of His family on this earth. Nothing will put a stop to Him from bringing as many sons and daughters to His glory as are in the will of our heavenly Father.

We can boldly pray without any doubt regarding the power of God. When we consider Jesus' statement about removing the mountain at a word of command, we can see the accuracy about Christ's eternal truths. We are conscious that the mountain does not have the power within itself to obey this command, "...Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea..." It is also quite obvious that this mountain can not be removed by any efforts of a person. So, therefore we must conclude that the person speaking these words to remove this mountain has access to a power adequate to remove this mountain and to have it thrown into the sea.

Tip! If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ and want to know for sure that you are a child of God, then I would like to invite you to earnestly pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart.

Of course we are aware that the Master's words are figurative but yet they are very much factual. This mountain obviously represents something that is in God's will to be removed only in answer to a prayer of faith. These words of Jesus certify us to say that this power is made available only to His praying people through faith. If this is not the truth then we must conclude that the words of Christ have no meaningful purpose in today's difficult troubles that we face in our daily lives.

Then let us assume that this mountain represents the accumulation of human misery caused by sin in this troubled and dieing world of ours. It is positively true that no one has power within themselves to remove the mass of physical and mental sufferings caused by sin in this world. It is equally true that none of us has the strength or will to remove the mountain of iniquity that stands between us and a holy God. Sin rests on our guilty souls like the weight of the hills. Our load of wickedness gives us a cumbersome heart and a troubled spirit. When we look at the stockpile of human suffering resulting from sin, we can picture the overwhelming difficulties confronting humankind in this troubled world. The incomprehensible sufferings rooted by the sins of people amount to a mountain of misery and anguish more alarming and frightening than all the sheer heights and impassable rocks of earth's tallest peaks.

Tip! THE possibilities of prayer are gauged by faith in God's ability to do. Faith is the one prime condition by which God works.

But, thanks be to God, Christ is our only hope for deliverance in this miserable world. If faith in Him cannot bring the power necessary to overcome these difficulties, then faith has failed completely to achieve the victory we have a right to expect in the light of God's trustworthy promises. The everlasting Word proclaims, "...The just shall live by faith." How is it possible for us to obey this fundamental law of life? Can we not expect to gain for ourselves the power adequate to overcome every opposing force? Only if we do not doubt God's willingness to pass on to His praying saints a sufficiency of spiritual strength to deal with the trials that are experienced in this life. The Holy Scriptures are full of the victories achieved by the saints of God who were made undying in sacred history by their determined courage and steadfast faith.

Tip! “Supplication” is the very soul of prayer in the way of pleading for some one thing, very much needed, and the need intensely felt.

So let us pray willingly the prayer of faith, not with any doubt in our hearts, but believing that strength will be given day by day to overcome our struggles in life. Let us not hesitate in the way as we travel in the direction of the fadeless morning of that eternal day.
